Our Policies Include:

1. No Refunds:
All services are non-refundable once completed.

2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know, and we will fix it right away. Beyond this period, no adjustments or refunds can be made.

3. Appointments and Late Arrivals:
We recommend making appointments in advance to secure your preferred time. If you are running late, please call us. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service to fit the remaining time.

4. Health and Safety:
For the safety of all our clients and staff, we ask that you inform us of any medical conditions, infections, or skin irritations prior to your service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may affect your health or the health of others.

5. Personal Belongings:
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

6. Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be presented at the time of service and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

7. Nail Polish/Design Selection:
If you wish to change your nail color or design after the service has started, additional charges may apply.

8. Allergies and Reactions:
Please notify us in advance if you have any allergies or sensitivities. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to products used during services.
